Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 35(L&C) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 35(L&C) Relating to bovine spongiform encephalopathy, commonly known as mad cow disease, and country-of-origin labeling for meat products, pass the Senate?"
